Brief Report on the Activities of the Correspondence Directorate of the High Authority of the Supreme Court for the Third Quarter of 1447 AH

During the third quarter of the year 1447 AH, the Correspondence Directorate of the High Authority of the Supreme Court carried out the following major activities:

1. During this quarter, (673) official letters were received from ministries, Emirate institutions, commissions, courts of all (34) provinces, and other relevant entities addressed to the Supreme Court; following the guidance of the High Authority of the Supreme Court, they were forwarded to the relevant authorities for final actions.

2. During this quarter, (1,472) official letters were received from the Ministry of Communications and were forwarded to the relevant departments for further process.

3. During this quarter, (803) official letters, including Istihda case files, review cases, delegation of authority matters, court transfer matters, and guidance requests of courts across the country, were received from the Office of the Prime Minister, the General Directorate for the Follow-up and Supervision of Decrees and Orders, ministries, organizations, companies, Emirate and non-Emirate banks, and the central directorates of the Supreme Court; following the guidance of the High Authority, they were forwarded to the relevant authorities for final actions.

4. During this quarter, a total of (14,219) official letters and parcels were issued to and received by the archive management, and after necessary procedures, they were forwarded to the relevant sections for final process.

5. During this quarter, (1,481) petitions of (clients) were registered in accordance with the guidance of the High Authority and returned to the relevant individuals; those petitions which were not in accordance with procedures or were not related to the courts were duly guided.

6. During this quarter, official actions were taken on (231) letters in accordance with the guidance of the High Authority of the Supreme Court and were forwarded to the relevant Emirate institutions for final actions.

7. During this quarter, a total of (253) orders issued by the Esteemed Amir al-Mu’minin (حفظه الله تعالی) and the Honorable Office of the Prime Minister were received by this Directorate and, following the guidance of the High Authority of the Supreme Court, were forwarded to the relevant authorities for implementation and execution.

8. During this quarter, (9) decrees issued by the Honorable Supreme Leadership of the Islamic Emirate were received by this Directorate and, following the guidance of the High Authority of the Supreme Court, were forwarded to the relevant authorities for implementation and final actions.
