د ننګرهار د کوز کونړ ولسوالۍ شرعي ابتدائیه محکمې یوه مجرم ته تعزیري سزا تطبیق کړه

د ننګرهار ولایت د کوز کونړ ولسوالۍ شرعي ابتدائیه محکمې د پنجشنبې په ورځ (۱۴۴۴/۴/۳۰هـ ق) نېټه یوه علني قضائي ناسته کې د کوز کونړ ولسوالۍ یو اوسېدونکی د لواطت په جرم په ۳۹ درو تعزیري سزا محکوم کړ.

یاد مجرم ته د کوز کونړ ولسوالۍ د شرعي ابتدائیه محکمې لخوا د مجرم په قناعت سره ۳۹ دُرې تعزیري سزا ورکړل شوه.

باید وویل شي چې د دغه حکم د تطبیق پر مهال د کوز کونړ ولسوالۍ محترم ولسوال، د یادې ولسوالۍ امنیه قوماندان، مجاهدینو او ګڼو نورو عامو مسلمانانو ګډون درلود.

یاده غونډه په دعا سره پای ته ورسېده.
