د خوست د مرافعه محکمې رئيس د ياد ولايت د موسی خېلو ولسوالۍ له ابتدائيه محکمې څخه ليدنه وکړه

د ۱۴۴۵ هـ ق کال د ربيع الثاني مياشتې په ۳۰مه نېټه د خوست ولایت د مرافعه محکمې رئیس محترم مولوي امین الله (منیب) په مشرۍ او د خوست ولايت د مرافعه محکمې د جزا دېوان رئيس مولوي محمد (مدني) او د تحریراتو آمریت آمر امین الله (حنفي) په ملتيا د ياد ولایت د موسی خېلو ولسوالۍ له ابتدائیه محکمې څخه لیدنه وکړه.

 په ياده ليدنه کې د خوست ولايت د موسی خېلو ولسوالۍ ابتدائیه محکمې قضائي او اداري چارې وارزول شوې، د اجراآتو او د چارو د لا پیاوړتیا په موخه ورته لازمې سپارښتنې وشوې.

د ليدنې په پای کې د موسی خېلو ولسوالۍ د ابتدائيه محکمې د غړو ستونزې واورېدل شوې او د يادو ستونزو د حل ډاډ ورکړل شو.
