خوست ولایت کې اتو مجرمینو ته تعزیري سزا ورکړل شوه

د خوست ولایت د ښاري ابتدائیه محکمې د عامه امنيت دېوان د پرېکړې په اساس اتو کسانو ته د رشوت، جعلکارۍ او فریبکارۍ په جرمونو؛ نن پنجشنبه (۱۴/ ۴/ ۱۴۴۶ هـ ق) نېټه په عام محضر کې تعزیري سزا ورکړل شوه.

ابتدائيه محکمې د یادو کسانو له ډلې شپږ مجرمين پر یوه ـ یوه کال تنفیذي بند او ۳۵ ـ ۳۵ دُرو تعزیري سزا، اووم مجرم پر دوه کاله تنفیذي بند او ۳۹ دُرو تعزیري سزا او وروستی مجرم پر یوه کال تنفیذي بند او ۳۵ دُرو تعزیري سزا محکوم کړی و.

د تعزیري سزا د تطبيق په موخه جوړه شوې غونډه کې د مرافعه محکمې د جزا دېوان رئیس مولوي محمد (مدني)، د ښاري ابتدائيه محکمې رئیس مولوي نقیب الله (ذاکر)، قضائي او نظامي منسوبینو او عام هېوادوالو ګډون درلود.
یاد حکم د سترې محکمې د عالي مقام له تائید وروسته پر مجرمينو تطبیق شو.
