د کابل ولایت مرافعه محکمې اړوند د ده سبز ولسوالۍ ابتدائیه محکمې رئیس محترم مفتي صفت الله (عباس)، د یادې محکمې قضائي غړو په ډېرو هڅو او ترغیب او د قومي مشرانو په منځګړيتوب په ۷ /۱۲ /۱۴۴۶ هـ ق نېټه د قتل موضوع حل او فصل شوه.
یاده قضيه ابتدائیه محکمې ته تر راجع کېدو وروسته په دقت وڅېړل شوه؛ ورپسې د ابتدائيه محکمې رئيس د مقتول کورنۍ بخښنې ته وهڅوله، له ډېرو هڅو او ترغیب وروسته د مقتول وارثينو بخښنې ته غاړه کېښوده.
د مقتول کورنۍ له رضایت وروسته یاده موضوع د يوې غونډې په ترڅ کې چې قومي مشرانو، سپین‌ږیرو او ځايي اوسېدونکو په کې ګډون درلود، حل او د مقتول وارثينو قاتل ته بخښنه وکړه.
