په کابل ولايت کې څلورو کسانو ته تعزیري سزا ورکړل شوه

د کابل ولايت ښاري ابتدائیه محکمې جزا دېوان او چهارآسياب ولسوالۍ ابتدائیه محکمې د پرېکړو له مخې، د روان ۱۴۴۷هـ ق د صفرالمظفر میاشتې په ۲۰مه او ۲۲ مه نېټه، د يوې ښځې په ګډون څلورو کسانو ته د غلا او زنا په تور او د نامشروع اړيکو په جرم تعزیري سزا ورکړل شوه.
د ښاري ابتدائیه محکمې جزا دېوان او ابتدائیه محکمې درې کسان پر ۳ـ ۳ کاله تنفيذي بند او ۳۹ـ ۳۹ دُرو تعزیري سزا او څلورم کس پر يو کال تنفيذي بند او ۳۹ دُرو تعزیري سزا محکوم کړی و؛ چې یادې پرېکړې د سترې محکمې عالي مقام له تائيد وروسته پر متهمینو او مجرمینو تطبيق شوې.
