حکم جزای تعزیری بالای يک مجرم در ولايت جوزجان تطبيق شد

حکم جزای تعزیری بالای يک مجرم در ولايت جوزجان تطبيق شد

به اساس فيصلۀ محکمۀ ابتدائیۀ ولسوالی درزآب ولايت جوزجان بالای یک زن به جرم نکاح نامشروع؛ به تاریخ ۹/ ۳/ ۱۴۴۷هـ ق حکم جزای تعزیری تطبيق شد.
محکمۀ ابتدائیه مجرم را به يک سال حبس تنفيذی و ۳۹ دُره جزای تعزیری محکوم کرده بود؛ که اين فیصله بعد از تائید مقام عالی ستره محکمه تطبيق شد.
حکم جزای تعزیری در حضور مولوی سراج الدین (حقانی) رئیس محکمۀ ابتدائیۀ درزآب، اعضای قضائی، ولسوال، قوماندان امنیه، آمرين امربالمعروف و نهی عن المنکر، معارف و امنيت در محضر عام تطبيق شد.
در اين جلسه رئیس محکمۀ ابتدائیه در رابطه به فوايد تطبیق احکام حدود و جزای تعزیری صحبت‌های مفصل را ارائیه نمود.
