آگاهی حضور جهت تطبیق فیصلۀ محکمه، دوسیۀ نسبتی (سیما بنت سلیمان) و (محمد عارف ولد محمد اعظم)

دوسیۀ نسبتی (سیما بنت سلیمان) و (محمد عارف ولد محمد اعظم)، که از سوی محکمه ابتدائیه زون دوم شهر کابل فیصله و غرض تطبیق به مدیریت حقوق ناحیه نهم شهر کابل راجع شده بود.
مدیریت حقوق ناحیه نهم ریاست حقوق ولایت کابل، به ‌منظور تطبیق این فیصله، مکرراً با [محکوم له] تماس‌‌های تلفنی برقرار کرده‌است؛ اما فرد مورد نظر تاکنون به این مدیریت حاضر نشده است.
بناءً به [محکوم له] اطلاع داده می‌شود که بعد از نشر این اطلاعیه، جهت تعقیب قضیه و تطبیق حکم محکمه، ظرف دو هفته به مدیریت حقوق ناحیه نهم شهر کابل حاضر شود. در غیر آن، این مدیریت مطابق به متحدالمآل شماره (25) مؤرخ 23 /11 /1446هـ ق ستره محکمه، اجراآت خواهد نمود.
