به اساس فيصلۀ محکمۀ ابتدائیۀ شهری ولايت تخار بالای دو تن به شمول يک زن به جرم فرار از منزل؛ امروز چهارشنبه مؤرخ ۱۵/ ۴/ ۱۴۴۷ هـ ق حکم جزای تعزیری تطبيق شد.
محکمۀ ابتدائیه مجرمين مذکور را به ۳۹ـ ۳۹ دُره جزای تعزیری محکوم کرده بودند؛ که اين فيصله بعد از تائید مقام عالی ستره محکمه تطبيق شد.
