به اساس فيصلۀ محکمۀ ابتدائیۀ ولسوالی ینگی قلعۀ ولايت تخار بالای هفت تن به اتهام لواطت و سرقت و به جرم قماربازی، امروز یکشنبه مؤرخ ۲۳/ ۶/ ۱۴۴۷ هـ ق حکم جزای تعزیری تطبيق شد.
محکمۀ ابتدائیه دو متهم را از یک سال تا يک سال و شش ماه حبس تنفيذی و ۳۹ـ ۳۹ دُره، يک متهم را به ۱۵ دُره و چهار مجرم را به ۲۰ـ ۲۰ دُره جزای تعزیری محکوم کرده بودند؛ که اين فيصله بعد از تائید مقام عالی ستره محکمه تطبيق شد.
