به اساس فيصلۀ محکمۀ ابتدائیۀ شهری ولايت بلخ بالای يک تن به اتهام فعل زنا؛ به تاريخ ۱۴/ ۷/ ۱۴۴۷ هـ ق حکم جزای تعزیری تطبیق شد.
محکمۀ ابتدائیه متهم را به ۳۹ دُره جزای تعزیری محکوم کرده بود؛ که اين فيصله بعد از تائيد مقام عالی ستره محکمه بالای متهم تطبیق شد.
حکم جزای تعزیری در حضور رؤسای دواوین محکمۀ ابتدائیۀ شهری، اعضای قضائی، منسوبین اداری و خدماتی، محافظین قطعۀ امنیتی محاكم، علماء، وکلای گذر، مردم و مراجعین تطبيق شد.
