جلسۀ هفته‌وار مسؤولین محکمۀ مرافعۀ ولایت بادغیس دایر گردید

تحت ریاست الحاج شیخ عبدالخالق (امدادالحق) رئيس عمومی محکمۀ مرافعۀ ولایت بادغیس؛ به ‌تاریخ  ۱۵ /۸ /۱۴۴۷ه‍ـ ق جلسۀ هفته‌وار دایر گردید.   
جلسه با تلاوت چند آیات از کلام الله مجید توسط مولوی خیرالله (حقیار) مفتی آمریت ثبت اسناد وثایق و مخزن آغاز گردید؛ سپس مولوی محی‌الدین (عظیمی) مفتی دیوان مدنی و حقوق عامۀ محکمۀ مرافعه در متباقی از "الفصل الخامس في الطلاق" از کتاب معین القضات و المفتین را برای اشتراک کنندگان جلسه توضیح و تشریح نمود.
در ادامه متحدالمآل نمبر (53) سال ۱۴۴۴هـ ق توسط مولوی عبدالله (فانی) رئيس دیوان جزای محکمۀ ابتدائيۀ شهری برای حاضرین تشریح گردید.
جلسه با دعاء خیر خاتمه یافت.
