د کندهار ولايت لوړ شاوليکوټ ولسوالۍ ابتدائیه محکمې مسؤولينو په هڅو د قتل موضوع حل او فصل شوه

د کندهار ولايت لوړ شاوليکوټ ولسوالۍ ابتدائیه محکمې مسؤولينو په ډېرو هڅو؛ د قومي مشرانو او سپين‌ږيرو په منځګړیتوب، د عمدي قتل له امله رامنځته شوې موضوع، په ۲۸/ ۸/ ۱۴۴۷ هـ ق نېټه حل او فصل شوه.
د قتل یاده موضوع کې چې پر قاتل باندې د قصاص حکم شوی و؛ د ابتدائیه محاکمو مسؤولينو په هڅو او قومي مشرانو په منځګړیتوب د مقتول کورنۍ سولې ته وهڅول شوه او دوی هم ومنله.
ورپسې د مقتول وارثينو قاتل ته بخښنه وکړه، د قاتل کورنۍ لخوا د مقتول وارثينو ته څه اندازه پيسې ورکړل شوې او موضوع يې رسماً پای ته ورسېده.
