به اساس فيصلۀ محکمۀ ابتدائیۀ ولسوالی قلعهزال ولايت کندز بالای دو تن به اتهام فعل لواطت؛ امروز يکشنبه (مؤرخ ۲۵/ ۱۰/ ۱۴۴۷هـ ق) حکم جزای تعزیری تطبيق شد.
محکمۀ ابتدائیه يک متهم را به سه سال حبس تنفیذی و ۳۰دُره و متهم دیگر را به يک سال و شش ماه حبس تنفيذی و ۲۵دُره جزای تعزیری محکوم کرده بود که متهمین مذکور بر فیصلۀ محکمۀ ابتدائیه قناعت داشتند.
قابل ذکر است که این فیصله بعد از تائید مقام عالی ستره محکمه بالای متهمین تطبيق شد.
