جلسۀ رؤسای دواوین محکمۀ مرافعۀ ولایت بدخشان دایر گردید

تحت ریاست محترم الحاج مولوی محمد صابر (حنفی) رئیس محکمۀ مرافعۀ ولایت بدخشان؛ با اشتراک رؤسای دواوین محکمۀ مرافعه، به تاریخ ۲۸ /۱۰ /۱۴۴۷ ه‍ـ ق جلسۀ رؤسای دواوین دایر گردید.
جلسه با تلاوت چند آیات از کلام الله مجید آغاز گردید؛ سپس روی موضوعات شامل آجنداء به تناوب پیرامون هر کدام بحث و تبادل نظر صورت گرفت.
در ادامه دو قطعه استهداآت که از محکمۀ ابتدائیه ولسوالی کشم و ریاست محکمۀ ابتدائیۀ شهری غرض هدایت به ریاست محکمۀ مرافعه مواصلت نموده بود، پیرامون هر کدام شان در جلسه متذکره تصامیم لازم اتخاذ و غرض اجراآت بعدی بمراجع مربوطه ارسال گردید.
