د لغمان ولایت مرافعه محکمې رئیس الحاج شیخ سخي الرحمن (فایز فیروزکوهي)؛ په ۱۰/ ۱۱/ ۱۴۴۷هـ ق نېټه د یاد ولایت د عدليې له رئیس سره په خپل کاري دفتر کې وکتل.
په دې ليدنه کې د دواړو ادارو په مشترکو موضوعاتو بحث او د قضایای امارت ځینو دوسیو په اړه د نظرونو تبادله وشوه.
ورپسې د مرافعه محکمې رئیس سپارښتنه وکړه، چې عریضه‌لیکونکو ته باید لارښوونه وشي؛ تر څو داسې عریضې ولیکي، چې ټول اصول په کې مراعات شوي وي او د عارضینو د سرګردانۍ سبب نشي.
دغه راز په دې غونډه کې د مدافع وکیلانو د ستونزو او د هغوی د حل په اړه بحث او لازم تصمیمونه ونیول شول.
