هلمند ولايت کې څلورو متهمينو ته تعزيري سزا ورکړل شوه

 د ۱۴۴۵ هـ ق کال د شعبان المعظم مياشتې په ۲۵مه نېټه د هلمند ولايت د مرافعه محکمې اړوند ښاري ابتدائیه محکمې د جزا دېوان لخوا د لواطت، غلا او نامشروع اړیکو په تور څلورو متهمينو ته تعزيري سزا ورکړل شوه. 

د یادو متهمینو په تړاو د اړوند محکمې فیصلې تر قطعي کېدو وروسته د جنوب غرب زون د تمیز عالي ریاست او د سترې محکمې د قضائي معاونیت لخوا هم تایید شوې وې.

متهمینو ته د تعزیري سزا د حکم د تطبیق پر مهال د هلمند د مرافعه محکمې رئیس، د ښاري ابتدائیه محکمې رئیس، د محاکمو قضائي او اداري غړو او عامو خلکو ګډون درلود.

د یادونې وړ ده چې متهمینو هم د محکمې پر حکم قناعت درلود.
