په ننګرهار ولايت کې درېيو کسانو ته تعزيري سزا ورکړل شوه

د ننګرهار ولایت د کوز کونړ ولسوالۍ ابتدائيه محکمې د پرېکړې له مخې د يوې ښځې په ګډون درېيو کسانو ته په ۱۴۴۶/۷/۲۶هـ ق نېټه، د نامشروع اړيکو په جرم تعزیري سزا ورکړل شوه.
په دې موخه جوړه شوې غونډه کې د یادې محکمې رئیس محترم مفتي لطیف الله (ستانکزي)، د محکمې مفتي، کارکوونکو، د یادې ولسوالۍ مرستيال، امنیه قوماندان، د استخباراتو مدیر، د امر بالمعروف آمر، د اړوند ولسوالۍ کارکوونکو او مراجعینو ګډون درلود.
ابتدائيه محکمې ياد مجرمين په ۳۹-۳۹ دُرو تعزيري سزا محکوم کړي وو؛ چې ياده پرېکړه د سترې محکمې عالي مقام له تائيد وروسته پر مجرمينو تطبيق شوه.
