حکم جزای تعزیری بالای چهار متهم در ولايت تخار تطبيق شد

حکم جزای تعزیری بالای چهار متهم در ولايت تخار تطبيق شد

با اساس فيصله محکمه ابتدائيه ولسوالی فرخار ولايت تخار به شمول دو زن بالای چهار تن که متهم بر فعل زنا بودند، امروز دوشنبه مؤرخ ۱۸/ ۸/ ۱۴۴۶ هـ ق در چمن شاروالی ولسوالی مذکور حکم جزای تعزیری تطبيق شد.
محکمه ابتدائيه از جمله متهمين سه تن را به يک ـ یک سال و شش ـ شش ماه حبس تنفيذی و ۳۹ـ ۳۹ دُره و متهم چهارم را به پنج سال حبس تنفیذی و ۳۹ دُره جزای تعزیری محکوم کرده بود؛ که اين فيصله بعد از تائيد مقام عالی ستره محکمه بالای متهمين تطبيق شد.
جزای تعزیری با حضورداشت مسؤولين محاکم، مراجعين و مردم محل تطبيق شد.
