The Supreme Court Criminal Division director finalized five important criminal cases during his travels to Parwan province

Under the special guidance of Shaikh Abdul Hakim "Haqani", the chief justice of the supreme court; the head of the criminal division of the supreme court, Mufti Atiqullah "Darwish", who was accompanied by Mufti Abdul Hai "Shaker,” and Mufti Fazul Rahman “Qasemi” traveled to Parwan province and finalized five criminal cases, dated 18/8/1446 A.H.

During his visit, the head of the Criminal Division of the Supreme Court Mufti Atiqullah “Darwish” and accompanied delegations met with Parwan’s appellate court director and judicial members and had detailed discussion on finalizing the five criminal cases.  
The head of the criminal division of the supreme court met with both parties to the criminal cases separately and conducted a complete investigation on them.

The head of the Criminal Division of the Supreme Court, during this visit, instructed the judicial officials of Parwan province’s courts to resolve the cases of the applicants within the specified time in accordance with Islamic law.

It’s worth mentioning that the Supreme Court criminal division director Mufti Atiqullah "Darwish,” traveled to the other provinces for the solution of the criminal cases.
