کابل کې یوه متهم ته تعزیري سزا ورکړل شوه


د روان کال د جمادی الأولی میاشتې په ۲۵مه نېټه د کابل ښار د ابتدائیه محکمې د څلورم زون د جزا دېوان په حکم یوه متهم ته په عام محضر کې تعزیري سزا ورکړل شوه.
د دغه کس دوسیه چې په زنا متهم و د کابل ښار د ابتدائیه محکمې د څلورم زون د جزا دېوان د الف جزء لخوا په دقیق ډول څېړل شوې وه، یاد دېوان متهم کس ته پر یوه کال تنفیذي بند سربېره د ۳۵ درو تعزیري سزا حکم کړی و؛ دغه حکم د سترې محکمې د عالي مقام لخوا تائید شو.
متهم کس ته د تفیذي بند د وخت تر پوره کېدو وروسته، پرون په عام محضر کې چې د محاکمو پر مسؤولینو سربېره په کې دیني علماوو او عامو هیوادوالو هم ګډون درلود، ۳۵ درې شرعي سزا ورکړل شوه.
